At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we designed a prototype using iRise to help define requirements, test users and communicate the release.
In addition, we supported the subsequent deployment through the authoring of a style guide, creation and optimization of graphics and process engineering.
When the Member Central portal launched, it was a huge success and built the groundwork for subsequent release of the Broker Central portal and the Provider Central portal, all 3 web properties stemming from the same initial work.
